Becoming Clear

This short course is about developing greater competence and capacity for clarity. We make use of a range of coaching tools such as awareness activities to notice unconscious patterns, followed by practices and actions that offer insights and possibilities for a new way of being. With a greater sense of clarity, you can see and select what you need to prioritise. You can focus on what is important, be present with what you are doing and who you are with.


Types of circumstances that this may help with:

  • Preparing for a test or exam
  • Dealing with working from home
  • Working on a big project or assignment
  • General state of mind fog
  • Too much on your plate
